This machine was designed for general purpose business use; for document handling, inventory, and email. We don't push bells and whistles; we do try to "spec" what you need at the best price possible for a particular use. The DVD burner (on top) allows the owners to store up to 4.7 GB (a year's worth of business mail, monthly inventory records and documents of various types) on a single disk.
The CD burner allows for monthly backups on less-expensive media. (Backup is or should be a key concern for business users -- imagine what sort of problems you'd have if you made a mistake and erased your "accounts receiveable." |
